Internal wall​ renovation

Internal wall 1 year after application of waterproof membrane (2019):


Water had completely destroyed waterproof membrane from inside:


However, access to external side of the wall was not possible: 


In first step, waterproof membrane and plaster was removed:

 


In second step, RRS plaster was applied (formula 2 kg RRS + 50 kg plaster):


In third step, skim coat was applied (without any sealer):

Roof renovation

Roof was causing many leaks into building:


Old layers of screed and waterproofing were removed:


RRS screed was applied (with fiberglass mesh) and remains exposed:



Jet spray test

Left: normal plaster (15 mm thickness), right RRS plaster (15 mm thickness):


Jet spray was used from 1.5 m distance:


One cycle 10 minutes, the hole made before test and then after each cycle to check depth of water penetration:


Normal plaster: 3 cycles, RRS plaster: 6 cycles:
